Tim started in the trades at an early age growing in the North Eastern  United States, after serving close to six years in the U.S. Navy , Tim spent five years with a prominent General Contractor an then in 1986 after having a small client base of his own completing small home improvements he founded as what we call today  “TBC”

Tims Son Jake is a young talented man who has been around the remodeling industry his whole life. He has a lot of talent and is very fluent in cad design. Currently he is working towards a degree.

Shawn who we only call Bud has been to Vocational schooling along with  seven years of experience almost six of them with TBC. Bud is today’s multi skilled carpenter that is a master at using many types of materials and is now the Foreman on most projects.
